The coronavirus pandemic sure is having an impact on our daily lives. Almost all of us are ready to get outside and get back to doing the activities we love. This is especially true for our children. And while when we can return to normal is not yet known, the folks at the Dixon Family YMCA in Dixon are already looking ahead to Summer and camp.
The Y is a non-profit organization whose mission is to build a better community through enriching and engaging activities. This Summer, day camp is scheduled to take place at Camp Reynoldswood. Early bird rates have been extended to May 15 th .
This year children will get to take part in daily fun activities, weekly field trips and the best of the best – water activities. Popular activities last year included gaga ball, swimming, slip and slide, octopus, daily hikes, capture the flag and kickball. Weekly camps are expected to start on June 1 st . Camp is Monday thru Friday from 6am to 6pm. All children must be registered prior to attending.
If you have any questions or want a registration packet, you can email Heather at firstname.lastname@example.org . Registration packets will be emailed.
