Two articles in this week’s papers used an outdated name when referring to the southern-Ogle County subdivision where flooding occurred. The correct name is the Lost Lakes Subdivision. Also, an article in Thursday’s Telegraph incorrectly described part of the flood’s damage: A bridge on the subdivision’s east side was disconnected from its adjoining sides because of eroded land; the bridge did not collapse.
