Lol Del you read genesis . Wow i thought you were an anti-semite? Old testament was clearly written to the jews (his chosen peeps) not the gentiles (the non jews). And did not God destroy things all by himself Del? Like Sodm and Gomorrah and this thing called a flood and what about the Exodus of the Jews from Egypt? Funny all this total destruction caused bt God and we are still here. Man is so narcissistic.

I understand the world's environment is cyclical as it has been since its creation. This is a learning curve that some need to approach with caution so they don't go off the road into the abyis.
Del please QUANTIFY lots and lots of Gods creation that went extinct due to man kind please.
Niva I respect you for at least you present information that one can go and research to lend agreement or diagreement. You don't seem to emote your opinion, this may not always be the case because I'm still new to these postings.
Del where can I read your bio?

Where do i start? Del and Neva do you own a hybrid style mode of transportation (ie.Prius)? Do you plan on carring this agenda on your next vacation to the far east, specifically China? I hope they'll be able to see the sign thru the polution. Typically less than a block of visibility.
Those who pontificate global cooling, warming, climate change whatever your ilk likes to call it this week take to the third world where the real polution is and adress the issue there.
DO YOU REALIZE THAT .06 OF 1% IS THE HUMAN FACTOR OF CARBON EMISSIONS. WELL ,NOW YOU DO, ALL OF YOU BOTH SIDES OF THE DEBATE.
Vern Klenz regarding Ship with 100 tourists stuck in Antarctic ice
Neva, I am curious. In your opinion, what should people do to minimize this climate change? Things like Kyoto, where the United States is doing a better job of reducing green house gas emissions than the countries that actually ratified the treaty? Cap and Trade, which allows countries to exceed the limits in CO2 emissions as long as they pay a financial penalty? Are you ready to see even more jobs sent overseas due to expensive government imposed pollution-controls that India and China are not required to obey? Will any of your sacrifices make a difference if China (the world's largest polluter), India and all third-world countries are exempted from protocols?
Keith Segura regarding Trying terrorists in the U.S.?
Right on point Linda!
Del did you forget 11 Nov. is Veterans Day. Apperantly you did as well as the First ammendment let alone the rest of our Constitution. Please refrain from trying to sequester ones opinion even if you disagree!

Your pump would be so big you would need a semi to haul it around if it could.Think about you math. 4000 Gal./ 250 GPM=16 min to empty. That's not formulating in pipe diameter and pump effeciency and pump horsepower. Check that source one more time . I'll check in later

Neva, if I haven't read the book that you cited, but I have read many of the global warming enthusiasts books and find many of their conclusions to be short-sighted and lacking. ===== The "non-fiction" EPA site that you gave has this to say about past climate changes, "Abrupt or rapid climate changes tend to frequently accompany transitions between glacial and interglacial periods (and vice versa). For example, a significant part of the Northern Hemisphere (particularly around Greenland) may have experienced warming rates of 14-28ºF over several decades during and after the most recent ice age (IPCC, 2007)." ========= Climate change has occurred numerous times within the 4.5 billion year history of the Earth, at much more rapid paces than what is occurring now. The oceans have been far warmer than today. The Earth has had times of possessing no polar ice caps. The Earth has always recovered. What makes this cycle any different than previous bouts of warming?

There is no way to have 3-4K Gallon tanker to demo "250 Gallon (@150psi)" You would burn down the motor and/or tear up the impeller in the process. I say this as a operator for the Denver Water Board. Did you mean 25 gpm? Because what you quoted does not make sense. Maximum operating pressure is 100psi in a system.
