Unpaid Fines Will Disqualify Businessman From Mayoral Candidacy

Unpaid fines will likely lead to Allen Boseneiler’s ouster as a Rock Falls mayoral candidate.

On Friday, Jan. 11, 2013, the city’s electoral board found that the city should disqualify Boseneiler because he owed the city money when he filed his candidacy. The board is expected to reconvene to issue a formal decision.
