The Lee County Council on Aging will be closed Monday, Nov. 12, for the Veterans Day holiday. It will be open Friday, Nov. 9. LOTS will operate both days, and Lifescape will serve meals Nov. 12. The Whiteside County Senior Center will be closed Nov. 9 and open Nov. 12. The Council on Aging’s closure was incorrectly reported on the front page of Golden Echo, which was distributed with Monday’s editions.
