Threats of violence; 3:50 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of West 13th Street; James R. Hollaway, 20, Chelsey Jo Cummings, 17, and a boy, 16, all of Rock Falls; and Jordan L. Snyder, 17, of Sterling, were charged with disorderly conduct after police responded to a call that several people were shouting threats of violence toward a juvenile in a residence; additional charges are pending; all given notices to appear in court.
