Vandersnick’s vacancy; and Frank Fuhr of Taylor Ridge, also a Democrat, has filed for Judge Joseph F. Beatty’s vacancy. Federal, state and county candidates from the New or Independent parties have a special petition circulation and filing schedule for the 2010 general election. They could circulate petitions of candidacy after March 23, and must have filed their petitions between 8 a.m. June 14 and 5 p.m. June 21. Comments
