FULTON – The Christmas Walk, “Celebrate: Our Holiday Memories,” is scheduled for 5-7 p.m. Dec. 4 in downtown Fulton.

Any business or organization planning to participate in the Christmas Walk must contact the Fulton Chamber of Commerce by Nov. 16.

Downtown businesses are encouraged to decorate their windows with holiday family photos, live displays, or with any items the evoke holiday memories.

Downtown events will include a live reindeer, horse-drawn carriage rides, Santa Claus, the Grinch, a live nativity scene, and music. Many downtown businesses will be open and will offer refreshments, shopping and entertainment.

The fifth annual 2-mile run/walk will start at 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 4, with registration at Manny’s Too beginning at 5:30 p.m.

The Illuminated Walk at Heritage Canyon will be held 4-8 p.m. Dec. 5.

Also on Dec. 5, Fulton Fire Department is sponsoring breakfast with Santa at the new fire station between 7 and 10 a.m.

More details about the event will be released later.

For more information, contact Fulton Chamber of Commerce at 815-589-2616 or e-mail chamber@cityoffulton.us.
