COLONA – Shirley A. Frison, 73, of Colona, died Monday, Oct. 26, 2009, at Genesis Medical Center Illini Campus, Silvis.

Mrs. Frison was born Feb. 12, 1936, in Elizabethtown, Tenn.

She married Richard Frison on Sept. 17, 1955, in Polo. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Colona.

Survivors include her husband; her daughters, Lori (Jeff) Emry of Roanoke, Va., and Collette (Carl) Douglas of Geneseo; her son, Richard (Tracy) Frison of Colona; her sisters, Barbara, Narcissus, and Rosemary; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Mike.
Memorial service is from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday at Schroder Mortuary, 701 First Ave., Colona.

A memorial has been established to the family.
