Patrick DuBois

ROCKFORD – Patrick F. DuBois, 33, of Rockford, died Friday, June 26, 2009, at Rockford Memorial Hospital. He was employed by NCO, Rockford.

Mr. DuBois was born Jan. 4, 1976, in Rockford, the son of Jule and Barbara (Crayton) DuBois Sr. He married Lori Richter on July 16, 2008.

Survivors include his wife; five children, Al, Ashley and Tiffany Johnson, and Brittany and Justin Richter; his parents, Jule and Barbara DuBois Sr.; his mother, Jean (Joe) Carey; eight brothers, Steven (Krista) Gauf, Michael DuBois, Christopher DuBois, Jule DuBois Jr., Andrew (Ann) DuBois, Anthony (Kimberly) DuBois, Hart (Kristin) DuBois, and Bruce DuBois; six sisters, Cynthia (Eddy) Sheehan, Nona (Ronald) Forster, Antoinette (Donald) Ayers, Shelley (Doug) Hoag, Julie (John) Mihelic, and Jeanne DuBois; his mother-in-law, Lori Antczak; two brothers-in-law, Chris (Michele) and Richard (Kris) Antczak; a sister-in-law, Amanda (Jonathan) Nolasco; four grandchildren; 12 nephews; 16 nieces; and three cousins.

The funeral is at 1 p.m. today at Firstborn Ministries, Machesney Park, Burial is at Arlington Cemetery, Rockford. Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at the church. Arrangements were completed by Delehanty Funeral Home Ltd., Loves Park.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
