Today at the Petunia Festival

Admission tickets for the 2009 Dixon Petunia Festival at Page Park are $5. Tickets may be purchased at the Chamber of Commerce, at www.petuniafestival.org, or at any of the gate entrances.


Taste Trail

Noon to 11 p.m., Festival Grounds – A variety of food from local vendors.


Kids’ Crafts

1-3 p.m., Dixon Public Library – Kids will be able to make crafts in the library’s youth department with Pinky Petunia and this year’s Petunia Festival royalty. Admission is free.
 

North American Midway Entertainment Carnival

4-11 p.m., Festival grounds – Buy an armband for $20 and receive unlimited rides.


Comedy Night

7 p.m., Historic Dixon Theatre – 6:30 p.m. doors open. The Mission Improvable Agents will perform improv. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children 12 and younger. Tickets are available at the Dixon Chamber Commerce and at the door.


Burn Grinder

9 p.m. to midnight, Beanblossom parking lot. – Admission is $3; 10 p.m. music starts.
