Debra Bushaw

ROCK FALLS – Debra L. Bushaw, 58, of Rock Falls, died Tuesday, June 30, 2009, at her home.

She was born on March 19, 1951, in Sterling, the daughter of Howard Oliver and Vivian (Smith) Davis. She married Ron Bushaw on June 29, 1979, in Rock Falls. Debra was employed as a cashier at Sterling County Market.

She cared for several friends and family members’ children for more than 20 years; and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She loved her dog, JocieJo.

Surviving are her husband, Ron; her sons, Tom (Shelby) Gordon, Jamie (Julie Allie) Gordon, and Ryan (Tiffany) Bushaw, all of Rock Falls; her daughter, Tifanie Bushaw of Rock Falls; one sister, LouAnn (Marc) Kolb of Rock Falls; her brothers, Ron (Carol) Davis of Rock Falls and Michael Davis of Lombard; 11 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at McDonald Funeral Home, Rock Falls. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Sterling. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
