Cynthia Shuman

ROCK FALLS – Cynthia L. Shuman, 52, of Rock Falls, died Saturday, June 27, 2009, at CGH Medical Center.

Ms. Shuman was born Jan. 18, 1957, in Pamona, Calif., the daughter of David and Sally (Dees) Neel.

Survivors include two sons, Brad Lawyer and Tim Arbuckle; two brothers, John Neel and Dave Neel; three sisters, Wendy McLindsay, Sandy Hubbard, and Jackie McCollum; and three grandchildren.

Memorial service is at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Harvest Time Bible Church, Rock Falls, with the Rev. Dalmus Meeks, pastor, officiating. There is no visitation. Arrangements were completed by McDonald Funeral Home & Crematory, Rock Falls.
