Milledgeville man held on child pornography charges

MILLEDGEVILLE – An 18-year-old Milledgeville man was in the Carroll County Jail Friday on charges that he possessed child pornography.

Aceley G. Foster, 122 W. First St., was arrested about 10:14 p.m. Wednesday in Polo. He is charged with two counts of child pornography, punishable by 4 to 15 years in prison. 

No other information was released Thursday.

Foster was being held on a $50,000 bond.

Carroll County Assistant State’s Attorney Hunter Hogan said Foster likely would appear in court next week because county judges were out Thursday and Friday.
