Stephen A. Hoople, 19, of Dixon; 7:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of South Hennepin Avenue; public indecency; released to Lee County Sheriff Department pending additional charges.



Morrison Police

Jacob LaMarche, 18, Jeffrey Johannsen, 18, Tyler Brown, 18, and male juvenile, 15, all of Morrison; Troy Kelly, 19, of Clinton, Iowa; male juvenile, 16, female juvenile, 16, both of DeWitt, Iowa; male juvenile, 15, of Low Moore, Iowa; and female juvenile, 16, of Moline; 1 a.m., Sunday on 400 block of South Cherry Street; unlawful consumption of alcohol as minors.

Alan LaMarche, 19, Cherish LaMarche, 38, and Jeffrey Roggs, 21, all of Morrison, 1 a.m. Sunday on 400 block of South Cherry Street; contributing to the delinquency of a minor.



Lee County

Dustin Lee Hay, 22, of Sterling; 10 a.m. Wednesday; violation of probation, possession of controlled substance; given notice to appear in court.

Stephen Alan Hoople, 19, of Dixon, 7 p.m. Wednesday; two counts public indecency; to appear in court.

Lori Lee Dudley, 42, of Dixon; 8:11 p.m. Wednesday; Whiteside County warrant – failure to appear; driving under the influence of  alcohol.

Lindsey Arnold Chattic, 32, of Sterling; 11:30 p.m. Wednesday; disorderly conduct; given notice to appear in court.

Mark Harold Tabers, 46, of Dixon; 10:05 a.m. Thursday; violation of order of protection; given notice to appear in court.



Amboy Police

Christopher James Berogan, 17, of Amboy; Thursday; illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.
