Church offers free showings of ‘Fireproof’

ROCK FALLS – The feature-length, independent movie “Fireproof” will be shown at 7 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday at Berean Baptist Church, 1119 10th Ave.

“Fireproof,” which stars actor Kirk Cameron, is about a firefighter and his wife trying to make their marriage work.

According to its Web page, www.fireproofthemovie.com, “churches across the country purchased entire show times to help strengthen marriages in their congregations and to reach out to their communities.”

Admission is free; tickets are available at pastorroger@bbcrf.com or 815-625-7179.

Free nursery care and refreshments will be provided.
