n Speed Patrols Enforcing and Educating Drivers; April 5 and April 26; state Routes 2, 26, 38, 40, 64, 78, 84, 172, and 251, U.S. routes 30 and 52, and Interstates 39 and 88; 89 arrests and 21 written warnings – of the arrests, 74 were for speeding, one for driving with a suspended driver’s license, 1 for illegal possession and illegal transportation of alcohol, and three for failure to wear safety belts.
