Rachal A. Hicks, 28, of Dixon; 8:52 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Crawford Avenue; driving under the influence of alcohol, unlawful possession and consumption of alcohol as a minor, improper lane usages, unlawful transportation of alcohol.

Shantell C. Hardick, 17, of Dixon; 10:11 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of South Galena Avenue; no valid driver's license; given notice to appear in court.

Edward G. Butterbaugh, 57, of Sugar Grove; 11:56 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of West First Street; driving under the influence; given notice to appear in court.

Carrington C. Piper, 23, of Dixon; 3:45 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of West Everett Street; possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a revoked driver's license; taken to Lee County Jail.

Cam R. Latta, 32, of Amboy; 7:45 a.m. Saturday; battery.

Richardo Cortes, 37, of Silvas; 2:09 p.m. Saturday; driving with a revoked/suspended driver's license; given notice to appear in court.

Sterling Police

Mark R. Kaiser, 27, of Sterling; 10:52 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of East Second Street and First Avenue; driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, no seat belt, after striking the median causing more than $1,500 damage to his vehicle; he was transported to CGH Medical Center where he was treated and released; aid received from Sterling Fire and CGH Ambulance departments.

Eric C. McKenna, 31, of Davenport, Iowa; 2:30 p.m. Sunday; at CVS Pharmacy, 2301 Locust Ave.; burglary and two counts of forgery, after he allegedly presented a forged prescription; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Rock Falls Police

Property damage investigation; early Friday morning in the area of Eighth Avenue, East 10th Street and Avenue E; a vehicle drove through several yards and may have struck a fence in the 200 block of East Third Street. Anyone with information is asked to call Rock Falls Police at 815-625-2152 or Crime Stopper at 815-625-7867.
