Thompson, 17, of Harmon; 10:35 p.m. Friday at Wasson and Metcalf roads; no proof of valid insurance; given notice to appear in court. Sterling Police David W. Alumbaugh, 21, of Sterling; 12:17 p.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of West Fourth Street; driving with a revoked driver's license, no insurance, speeding; given notice to appear. Clifford L. Holcomb, 32, ofRock Falls; 4:38 p.m. Sunday in the 10 block of East Second Street; driving without a valid driver's license; given notice to appear. Morrison Police Car burglaries; during the night and early morning hours the week of Oct. 26-30 police responded to four reports of thefts; the items stolen were recovered in the neighborhoods of North and South Base streets, Winfield Avenue and East Main Street; anyone with information is asked to call Whiteside County Crime Stoppers at 815-625-7867 or Morrison Police Department at 815-772-7659.
