PORTLAND, Ore. - Lights out didn't always come easy for Sterling 11- and 12-year-old All-Stars Mackenzie Staples and Krista Loos. In fact, the lights never went out one night while the teammates stayed with their host family, Brian and Janet Lamson, during the Little League Softball World Series.
