Moseley, 29 and 23, 1718 North St., are charged with unlawful possession with intent to deliver, a Class 1 felony. If convicted, both face four to 15 years in prison. According to agents, William Moseley directed them to a safe that contained marijuana, a scale and plastic bags. More marijuana was found in a bedroom, a desk drawer and a black trash bag, and police also found more drug paraphernalia and $1,300 in cash, the agents said. Moseley later admitted to investigators that he had been dealing for a year, and was buying a pound of marijuana a week, said Master Sgt. John Biffany of the Blackhawk Area Task Force.
