Sterling man is pinned between two vehicles

GAZETTE STAFF A Sterling man was treated and released from CGH Medical Center Saturday after his leg was pinned between two vehicles in the Kroger parking lot, 2301 Locust St., Sterling. Sterling police responded to the incident at 11:32 a.m. A vehicle driven by Dorothy Jacobs, 90, of Sterling, was backing out of a parking stall when she struck Kroger employee, Martin Ward, 56, of Sterling. Ward's leg was temporarily pinned between Jacobs' vehicle and a parked car owned by Lisa Shuler, of Sterling. Shuler's car was pushed into another parked car, owned by Denise Queckboerner of Chadwick.
