Sterling outslugs UT 9-8

Sean Gillette and Martin Briseno each drove in a pair of runs as Sterling gained a 9-8 road victory over East Moline United Township on Monday. Golden Warriors pitchers Jake Hermes, Nic Holldorf and Justin Cutter allowed only five hits, but combined to walk 11 Panthers.
