Elizabeth M. Clark, 32, of Sterling; 4:34 a.m. Saturday at East LeFevre Road and First Avenue; Whiteside County warrant for failure to appear – dangerous drugs; remained Sunday at Whiteside County Jail on $1,500 bond.

Mell Wilson, 30, of Sterling; 9:05 p.m. Saturday at Third Avenue and East Sixth Street; failure to secure child in child restraint system.

Jason M. Larrin, 37, of Sterling; 10:58 p.m. Saturday at First Avenue and East Third Street; speeding.
