Labor Day blast in Shannon
SHANNON — Like the American Legion, the Shannon Homecoming Celebration is turning 100, and the village is pulling out all the stops Saturday through Monday with a 5K run, car and truck show, an antique tractor pull, Johnny races featuring decorated toilets, a homecoming parade, a concert by Grass Attack, Gospel music, a 50-50 raffle and a salute to veterans.
