I am not sure why, but after reading about U.S. Rep. Kinzinger’s objection to Mr. Trump’s words that were a new low for even Mr. Trump, he passed on putting his actions behind his words.
I hope that all of his constituents and your staff ask him how far he will go in supporting a leader who uses the ugliest, most racist theatrics to get his way. Voting “no” on a contempt citation by the House of Representatives says that what Mr. Trump does is OK.
For me and millions of other Americans, this is not OK. It was a question of taking a stand on what is right.
