Patricia E. Richardson

HARMON – Patricia E Richardson, age 79 of Harmon died Friday May 17, 2019 at CGH Medical Center in Sterling. She was born May 20, 1939 in Princeton the daughter of Robert Glenn and Ella Mae (Owens) Troxell. She had worked at Considine’s Tap in Harmon and also worked at Donaldson’s in Dixon.

She was a member of the Harmon United Methodist Church.

Patricia married Eugene LaVerne Richardson June 23, 1959. He preceded her in death March 27, 1999. She was also preceded in death by her parents and four brothers Robert, James, Donald and Steve Troxell.

Patricia is survived by three sons, Vernon (Carrie) Richardson of Polo, Rickey Richardson and Kelly (Stephanie) Richardson both of Harmon; 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; four brothers, Thomas (Gwen) Troxell of Walnut, Doug (Shirla) Troxell of Rock Falls, Ronald (Sharon) Troxell of Harmon, and Gary Troxell of Walnut; four sisters Kay (Joe) Brown of Harmon, Sharon (Bob) Hudson of Tampico, Mary (Marvin) Finkle of Rock Falls and Glenda (Bill) Kaecker of Harmon, and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday May 22, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Jones Funeral Home in Dixon with Pastor Leanne Keate and Rev. Richard Kramer co-officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Harmon with a luncheon following at the Harmon United Methodist Church. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Jones Funeral Home in Dixon.

A memorial has been established.
