Megan J. Borden, 40, and Mariann C. Poff, 24, both of Sterling; 12:52 a.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of West Third Street; Borden, driving while license suspended, posted bond; Poff, Lee County warrant for possession of cocaine, extradited to Lee County.

Kaylon I. Westmoreland, 20, of Sterling; 8 a.m. Wednesday in the 1800 block of Sixth Avenue; passed stopped school bus.

Raymond J. E. Tarbill, 62, of Sterling; 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of East Third Street; Whiteside County warrant for theft; remained Thursday at Lee County Jail.

Dakota J. Porter, 24, of Sterling; 11:43 a.m. Wednesday; unlawful failure to register as a sex offender, unlawful failure to register as a sex offender – subsequent offense; remained Thursday at Lee County Jail.

John A. Wyatt, 37, of Rock Falls; 11:49 p.m. Wednesday in the 1500 block of South Galena Avenue; two counts of aggravated DUI-alcohol, DUi-alcohol, resisting or obstructing a peace officer, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, driving while license revoked, no insurance; remained Thursday at Lee County Jail.
