Journey Recaptured

DIXON – Journey Recaptured with Infinity, a tribute to the iconic rock band, will be performed from 7 to 10:30 p.m. Saturday at the Historic Dixon Theatre, 114 S. Galena Ave.

Tickets cost $20 and are available at Venier’s Jewelers, 117 W. First St., at and at the door.

Doors open at 6 p.m., and bar service will be provided by the Shamrock.

Home show at the mall

STERLING – The Sauk Valley Home & Garden Show runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at Northland Mall, 2900 E. Lincolnway

Vendors will display products and services for anything from home remodeling and construction to landscape, indoor living, design and more.

One person will win $500 to spend at a vendor of his or her choice.

Howl at the Moon

DIXON – The Howl at the Moon dueling piano show, a fundraiser for the Whiteside County Farm Bureau Foundation, will be held Saturday at the Brandywine Banquet & Event Center, 441 state Route 2.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m.; the show runs from 7 to 10 p.m.

Attendees must be 21 or older. Hors d’oeuvres and light snacks will be provided, and a cash bar will be available.

Leprechaun Leap

ROCK FALLS – A pub crawl to raise money for the Community Christmas For Children program will start with registration from 11 a.m. to noon at Froggy’s Bar & Grill, 215 W. Second St., and wind up at 6:30 p.m. at The Cooler, 311 W. Second St.

‘Shrek” the musical

AMBOY – “Shrek” the musical will be performed at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday at Amboy High School, 11 E. Hawley St.,
