Buck leads Hawks to win

Panthers, Cougars post dual wins; SHS soccer blanked

Jackson Buck earned medalist honors with a 2-over-par 37 to lead the Oregon golf team to a 178-204 win against Dixon on Tuesday at Lost Nation.

Other counting scores for the Hawks were Adam Merrill with 39, and Case Sellers and Eddie Buttens with 51.

Ryan Lawton was low for the Dukes with 48.

Erie-Prophetstown 196, Morrison 249: Carson McCormick earned medalist honors with an 11-over-par 47 as the Panthers topped the Mustangs at Lake Erie.

Harrison Ames added a 48 for E-P. Noah VanZuiden was low for Morrison with 56.

Eastland 189, Polo 204: Riley Stover paced a balanced lineup with a 46 as the Cougars topped the Marcos at Lake Carroll.

Brock Coatney had 47, and Kaden Henze and Anderson each had 48s for Eastland. The medalist was Polo’s Lane Hopkins with a 45.
