Johnnie G. Hughes, 49, of Rock Falls; 12:13 p.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of Woodburn Avenue; improper lane usage; released with promise to comply.

Stephanie M. Sotelo, 33, of Sterling; 3:35 p.m. Wednesday at West Third and Locust streets; expired registration; released with promise to comply.

Michael J. Mackowiak, 29, of Sterling; 11:44 p.m. Wednesday at Fifth Avenue and East Fourth Street; driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, no turn signal; released with notice to appear in court.

Renaldi D. Thomas, 45, and Tina M. Binkley, 52, both of Dixon; noon Wednesday in the 200 block of South Hennepin Avenue; Thomas, Ogle County warrant for failure to appear; Binkley, Rockford Police Department warrant for failure to appear; neither could post bond; both held at Lee County Jail.

Travis L. Reynolds, 39, of Dixon; 11:27 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of East Boyd Street; driving while license suspended; processed and released with court appearance.

Courtney Voth, 18, of Stillman Valley; 7:32 a.m. Thursday in the 2000 block of North Stillman Road; speeding 26 to 35 mph over posted limit, possession of drug paraphernalia; given citation and individual bond, and released.
