Ellen DeGeneres is getting a special guest for her birthday: Michelle Obama.

The former First Lady will appear on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” Thursday to celebrate the host’s 60th birthday, according to Deadline.

The “Ellen” appearance will be Obama’s first TV interview since leaving the White House; she sat down with Oprah Winfrey shortly before her husband’s second term ended.

The mother of two made a surprise appearance in a pre-recorded video at the BET Awards in June to present Chance the Rapper with a Humanitarian Award.

For the 2009 inauguration, Obama picked out a pale yellow dress and matching overcoat by Isabel Toledo, turning the Cuban-born designer into a household name. She paired her outfit of choice with stand-out green pumps and a chic pair of matching gloves.

“With these passionate efforts, Chance is showing our young people that they matter. That they have something inside of them that is worthy to be expressed and that they have so much to contribute to their communities and to our country,” she said.

On the other hand, current First Lady Melania Trump has kept a low profile with little media presence since President Trump took office.
