On Thanksgiving, our tireless pair of extraordinary cooks, Pam and Tim Moore, rose to the occasion yet again to feed some 70-plus veterans and guests a traditional feast of oven roasted turkey, real mashed potatoes, homemade dressing, green bean casserole, scalloped corn, fresh-baked dinner rolls, just cooked cranberry sauce, and cranberry marshmellow fluff.
Desserts included pumpkin, apple, cherry and pecan pie with a whipped cream garnish, coffee or iced tea. These dishes were culinary delights.
