A stroll through Lowell

Frannie Jacobs and Mandy Sandrock take a walk through Lowell Park in Dixon on Monday. Fall has brought brisk temperatures in recent days, and there’s more to come – but there’s still time to get in a walk. The forecast calls for temperatures in the mid-40s early in the week, dropping to the upper 30s by Friday. After that, weather prognosticators predict temperatures will hover in the mid-40s to mid-50s through the end of the month, with a few days in the 30s in the mix, just to give us a taste of winter.
