Nights, camera, action! Movies return to downtown Oregon

OREGON – They’re back. Oregon Together’s free movie nights will resume Oct. 21 at the Oregon Coliseum, 124 N. Fourth St.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with showtime at 7 p.m.

The Oregon Freedom Lutheran Church will sponsor the showing of “The Lego Batman Movie.” 

The movie nights are organized by the Oregon Together Festivals, Events, Shopping, and Dining (FEDS) team as a way to bring families downtown to enjoy an affordable and safe evening out.  

Movie nights are free, but donations are welcomes to help support future movie nights. 

Concessions will be sold. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.  

Children 10 and under must be accompanied by a parent or other adult.  

Chairs are available but blankets, pillows and PJs are welcome for those who would rather get more comfy on the floor. 

The Nov. 18 movie night will be sponsored by The Gathering Place church.
