STERLING – Hops on the Rock, the first craft beer festival in Sterling, will run from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday at the former Country at Heart store, 1910 E. Fourth St.
The festival was to be held on West Second Street between Avenues A and B, but has been moved due the the threat of severe weather.
VIP tickets are $40 and include early admission at 2 p.m., a limited edition glass and T-shirt, 20 sampling tickets, an event program and swag bag of goodies. VIP tickets must be purchased in advance, and only 100 are available.
General admission tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the gate. They include a branded
4 1/2 oz. tasting glass, 12 sampling tickets and an event program.
Designated driver tickets are $10. They do not include a tasting glass or drink tickets. Drivers must be 21 or older and wear a red event wristband. Any person in violation of the designated driver rules while wearing the wristband will be escorted off the premises.
Additional sampling tickets will be sold during the event, two for $1.
The event is rain or shine, and no dogs are allowed. Food will be sold on site; no outside food or beverage will be permitted.
