Art collection on display at Lanark library

The Lanark Public Library is pleased to announce that the Eastland Junior-Senior High School art collection will be on display through November. Rachael Todd, Eastland Junior-Senior High art instructor, chooses six pieces of work in various media to be displayed at the library.

Please stop by to view this fine collection during library hours: noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; noon to 7:30 p.m. Thursday; and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

Artists featured are Madison Cropper, Judd Lessman, Jacob French, Gabby Snyder, Sophie Miller and Adi Rush.

It is wonderful to see our proud students bringing their parents and grandparents into the new Municipal Building/Library Complex to show off their art work.

The exhibit is just another illustration of the Lanark Public Library striving to fulfill its ongoing theme, “Branching out to serve the community.”

Note to readers: Janie Dollinger is director of Lanark Public Library, 111-B S. Broad St., Lanark.
