ROCK FALLS – Summer Splash will slide back into town June 23 and 24 along the riverfront.
Live entertainment, including bands, performance groups, a DJ, and unique demonstrations, will run from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Friday.
Arts and crafts vendors will sell items from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
The wild game cookout returns with alligator brats, buffalo burgers, pork chops and more from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. each day.
“The Lego Batman Movie” will be shown at 7:30 p.m. Friday. Participants can bring a lawn chair, and there will be free kids activities before the event.
Kids can come dressed as their favorite princess or superhero from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, and join the parade at 1 p.m. They’ll meet characters including Elsa from “Frozen” and Spider-man, and there will be giant bounce houses, crafts, a petting zoo, and firetruck rides.
An uptown bar crawl will run from 5 p.m. to midnight Saturday.
Fireworks will cap off the 2-day festival at 7:30 p.m.
