Stanley A. Hullah Sr.

Stanley Arthur Hullah Sr., 89, of Poplar Grove, died Sunday, April 16, 2017, at Mercy Harvard Care Center in Harvard.

He was born July 18, 1927, in Franklin Grove, the son of Arthur and Florence (Mocklin) Hullah. Stanley married Shirley Mae Vincent on Nov. 5, 1949, in Oregon. He later married Ann Marie (Rhonde) Henning on June 10, 1977, in Rockton. She preceded him in death on March 30, 2007.

Stanley was a farmer and he continued to farm on the family farm to his death. He attended Shopiere Congregational Church and was a member of Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge 1289 in Harvard. 

Survivors include his children, Stan (Karen) Hullah Jr. of South Bend, Indiana, Kristine (John) Kyle of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, Lynn Hullah of De Pere, Wisconsin, Jeannine Hullah of Franklin Grove, Jacqueline Hullah of Wexford, Pennsylvania, and Les (Ginger) Hullah of Beloit, Wisconsin; 29 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; stepchildren, Anita (Doug) Hasseler, Paul (Wendy) Henning, and Karen (Dennis) Morris, all of Beloit, Wisconsin; brother, Ivan Hullah of Franklin Grove; sister, Lois Logan of Dixon; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Kenneth Royster; sister-in-law, Maxine Hullah; and brother-in-law, John Logan.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium, 2355 Cranston Road, Beloit, Wisconsin. Visitation also will be from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Friday, and the funeral at 11 a.m. Friday at Shopiere Congregational Church, 5328 E. Church St., Shopiere, Wisconsin, with Pastor Norm Starks officiating. Burial will be at Shopiere Cemetery.
