Laura J.T. Llanas, 21, of Dixon; 3:52 p.m. Thursday at Walmart, 1640 S. Galena Ave.; retail theft (subsequent offense), retail theft; taken to Lee County Jail.

Morrison Police

Drew A. Hall, 26, of Morrison; 8:30 a.m. Aug. 19; Rock Island County warrant for failure to appear; taken to Whiteside County Jail, posted bail, and was released.

James Kelm, 33, of Morrison; 12:15 p.m. Aug. 22; Whiteside County body attachment for failure to appear – rule to show cause; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Cassie Kelm, 32, of Morrison; 12:15 p.m. Aug. 22; Whiteside County body attachment for failure to appear – rule to show cause; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Terome M. Hamb Jr., 20, of Sterling; 12:50 p.m. Thursday; two counts of obstructing, resisting a peace officer, Whiteside County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of operation of uninsured vehicle; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Ogle County Sheriff

David A. Merritt, 31, of Leaf River; Friday on North Mount Morris Road; driving under the influence, broken seal, no insurance, improper lighting; taken to Ogle County Jail in lieu of bond.

Carrington T. McClain, 28, of Rockford; 11:27 p.m. Thursday on state Route 72 East; arrested on charges of driving while license suspended and violation of the Cannabis Control Act, and issued citations for expired registration and operating uninsured motor vehicle.

Steven M. Hobbs, 22, of Amboy; Thursday; warrant for failure to appear; given notice to appear in court.

Whiteside County Sheriff

Jason J. Bardoner, 41, of Sterling; 4 p.m. Thursday at Whiteside County Sheriff’s office; domestic battery, reckless conduct, endangering the life, health of a child; held at Whiteside County Jail in lieu of bond.
