Neal Strange of Sterling fills his homemade steam engine tractor with water. Strange built his tractor from parts of other antique tractors. During the eighth Farm Heritage Festival at East Jordan Church in Sterling on Saturday, Strange used his tractor to grind feed corn for cows.
