Sultan, a special guest, played at Woodstock in 1969 with Jimi Hendrix's band Gypsy Sun and Rainbows. Local musicians Jay Pauley (keyboards), Bill Encke (bass) and Joe Pasteris (drums) also joined Weise for the performance.
