Aging issues to be discussed

STERLING – A free discussion and demonstration on natural aging will be from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Whiteside County Senior Center, 1207 W. Ninth St.

Paul Machnicki, co-owner and practitioner of Health and Nutrition Plus in Sterling, will talk about natural alternatives and supplemental options to treat common ailments as people age. He also will demonstrate techniques used to determine weaknesses in organs and body systems.

Refreshments will be provided.
