No second chances for child molesters

What is wrong with the Illinois child molester law? Abused children don't get a second chance.

All I see in the paper is second-time and more arrests for child abuse. Child abusers should be put away for 60 years for the first offense. Illinois needs Jessica's Law now. (A leopard never changes its spots.)

These child abusers never change; they can't be rehabilitated. Why are our children subjected to these low-life dregs? Illinois needs to put these abusers away for life. The children who are abused are scarred for life. Put these low lifes away now.

Note: 2,000 children go missing in the U.S. every day. Change the Illinois law now.
