STERLING – Ciria Rodriguez, 91, died Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2014, at Coventry Living Center in Sterling.

Ciria was born Aug. 11, 1922, in Doctor Arroyo, Mexico, the daughter of Jose and Teresa (Perez) Felaciano. 

Survivors include two daughters, Grace Rodriguez-Cid of Sterling, and Gloria Serrano of Franklin, Tennessee; two sons, Herman Rodriguez Jr. of Kewanee, and Adrian Rodriguez of Prophetstown; three sisters, Esperanza Torres of Alamo, Texas, Connie Munguia of Mendota, California, and MA. Nellie Macias of Alamo, Texas; 27 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons.

Visitation will be from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Friday and Celebration of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. Friday at St. Mary Catholic Church in Sterling, with the Rev. Adalberto Sanchez officiating. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Sterling. McDonald Funeral Home in Sterling is handling arrangements.
