Science fiction part store’s focus

LANARK – Twice-Sold Tales bookstore, 504 state Route 64 will feature Something Like Comic-Con Tuesday through Aug. 16.

Store hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday in The Special Touch’s Unique Mall.

There will be a selection of science fiction, fantasy, and children’s books. Customers who visit in costume can receive a free book worth up to $2.

The store features a variety of gently-used books. Proceeds benefit Lanark Public Library’s programs and collections. Comic-Con is a gathering of comic book and other popular arts fans.
