Communication key to success

STERLING – “Building Bridges Across the Generation Gaps,” a workshop will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Aug. 20 at Northwestern Illinois Center for Independent Living, 412 Locust St.

Current research regarding the perspectives generations share and how they differ will be discussed. Participants will learn how to communicate effectively to build bridges across the generations.
