Food safety class offered in Mendota

MENDOTA – There will be a Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification Course at Mendota Community Hospital Conference Room C, 1401 E. 12th St.

The class will be from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a test at 4 p.m., Friday and 2.

This is a state-approved 15-hour course for the state Food Safety Certification. All food service facilities are required to have certified managers.

Experienced sanitation mangers may attend 1 day of either session for 8 hours and complete the required test for certification.
