Justin M. Charleston, 18, of Dixon; 2:40 p.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of South Galena Avenue; Lee County warrant for failure to appear; taken to Lee County Jail.

Jacob D. Mekeel, 29, of Dixon; 3:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of South Hennepin Avneue; Lee County warrant for aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery – subsequent offense, domestic battery, failure to appear for contempt – non-payment; issued recognizance bond, unable to post bond for failure to appear, taken to Lee County Jail.

Rodney A. Schroeder, 47, of Johnson Creek, Wisconsin; 5:38 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 251; driving under the influence, improper lane usage; issued citation, taken to Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.

Clark, 44, of Rock Falls; 2:25 p.m. Tuesday at Broadway Avenue and Fourth Street in Sterling; driving under the influence of drugs, driving while license suspended, obstructing identification, possession of drug paraphernalia, cellphone use while driving, three warrants; held at Whiteside County Jail.

Justine L. Larson, 25, of Sycamore; 9:11 a.m. Tuesday at state Route 64 and Woodlawn Road in Ogle County; driving while suspended, speeding; issued individual bond and given notice to appear.

Jeffrey L. Bradshaw, 50, of Mount Morris; 2:06 p.m. Tuesday at Ogle Avenue and Lincoln Street in Mount Morris; no seat belt, no valid driver's license; issued individual bond and given notice to appear.
