DIXON – Randall Olsen, an Ottawa Democrat running for the Illinois 16th Congressional District seat, will have a town hall meeting next week.

Olsen will be at Dixon City Hall, 121 W. Second St., from 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, according to a campaign news release. The meeting is open to the public, and residents are encouraged to attend and ask questions.

Rep. Adam Kinzinger, R-Channahon, represents the 16th district. He took office in 2011.

Olsen retired from SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford in 2013, according to his campaign’s website, and was an X-ray technician and nuclear medicine tech in the U.S. Air Force from 1968 to 1988.
